Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in resellable condition, without any scratches, stains, or damage.

Please note: Customized or made-to-order furniture items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to improper use or self-assembly

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or a defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If your item was part of a free shipping promotion, a restocking fee or original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not been shipped.
  • For custom or made-to-order furniture, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
